AI-Driven Allergen Alerts Now Available in Genesis Foods

Trustwell today announced a significant enhancement to its Genesis Foods platform focused on the identification of potential allergens through AI. The new Allergen Identification feature is powered by Trustwell’s AI regulatory assistant AskReg and alerts users of potential allergens for user-submitted ingredients, helping users accurately label allergens across all recipes and product labels within the industry-leading Genesis Foods software.

The proactive alerts allow for swift corrective actions, such as:
