Anjela John

Anjela John, the Vice President of Engineering at Trustwell, is an experienced and accomplished leader in quality engineering. With a strong background in the financial services and food industries, Anjela brings a wealth of expertise in Agile Testing, Unit Testing, and various software tools and technologies.

Anjela’s journey with Trustwell began in 2018 when she joined FoodLogiQ as the Quality Engineering Manager. Through her dedication and exceptional performance, she quickly progressed to the role of Director of Engineering and eventually assumed the position of Vice President of Engineering.

Prior to joining the company, Anjela held the position of Quality Engineering Manager at AdvisorEngine, a company specializing in technology for financial advisors. She also served as a Senior Software Engineer in Test at Fidelity Investments, a leading mutual fund company offering a range of financial services.

Anjela’s educational background includes Master’s degree in Computer Applications from Holy Cross College in India and a Certification in interior design from Austin Community College in Austin, Texas. Her diverse skill set and qualifications are further augmented by her certifications as a Scrum Master and Product Owner.

In her role as Vice President of Engineering, Anjela is responsible for leading the development teams at Trustwell and executing the department’s strategy, processes, and culture. Her expertise and leadership play a vital role in advancing the platform to increase transparency and traceability in the food chain, aligning with Trustwell’s mission.

Anjela’s extensive engineering knowledge, combined with her experience in quality assurance and software development, contributes greatly to the Engineering team and beyond. Her dedication to delivering high-quality solutions and driving technological advancements strengthens Trustwell’s commitment to providing transparency and traceability in the food industry.
